Placing an Order
Shop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at en.ashley.hn You’ll receive notification immediately after the order is confirmed and when it ships. For changes after an order has been placed, please call Customer Service at 2557-1515.
We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, Only one credit card will be accepted as we are unable to process an order on two separate credit cards. We are unable to accept Grupo Intermueble Gift Cards online at this time, it is in the works; sign up for emails and we’ll notify you when it debuts.
All merchandise purchases are subject to sales tax in accordance to the tax rate in effect at the national level. An estimated Sales Tax is calculated at the time of purchase and is generally based in the total price of your invoice and that may include discounts, shipping charges and processing. To the extent that any of the factors affecting the sales tax calculation changes between the time you place your order and the time your credit card is debited, the amount in your order as Estimated Tax may differ from Sales tax that will be charged at the end.
The size and weight of your online purchase are factors that help us determine the most efficient delivery method.
NATIONAL deliveries refer to deliveries outside the city of San Pedro Sula.
NATIONAL delivery services include the following:
- Delivery of furniture to the address requested by the customer
- Unpack the furniture so that the customer checks that the delivery is done in perfect condition and pack them again if the customer requires it.
NOTE: We do not have a service of assembly and installation of furniture in NATIONAL deliveries.
In-Home Delivery Fees
Deliveries within the city limits of the City of San Pedro Sula are complemented FREE.
For NATIONAL deliveries (Outside of San Pedro Sula) a transport company is contracted and the charge for them is established depending on the place of delivery.
We recommend you check the shipping costs indicated in the shopping cart before placing your order.
Note: Additional charges may apply for delivery to a floor below or above the ground floor or for other unusual circumstances.
Delivery of Your Purchase
In case of a problem of damage during a standard shipment, contact our Customer Service at 2557-1515 for spare parts and services.
For In-Home delivery items, take a few moments at the time of delivery to carefully inspect all products. You can refuse to accept any broken or damaged items by making a note on the delivery receipt. For any other item, you should note the defects or damages on the delivery receipt and immediately report all such defects or damages by calling the Grupo Intermueble store that delivers your order - the phone number is in the confirmation email your order.
Change or Cancellation
A period of up to 3 calendar days is granted in which the customer may choose to make product changes in case he is not completely satisfied. For this service a 15% charge will be applied for inventory replenishment. No cash refund.
En.ashley.hn takes great pride in the products we sell and it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied and want to make a return, please follow these guidelines so we can better assist you.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of products that have no factory defects or that present any damage due to misuse or abuse by the customer. Returns of accessories, products in clearance or Mattresses are not accepted.
